Forms and Policies
This is a post-physical therapy exercise coaching service designed to help individuals continue progressing after formal therapy ends (whether due to goals being met or insurance visit limitations or etc).
We provide guided exercise programming, strength progression, and movement coaching to help you safely rebuild strength, improve mobility, and return to your normal activities.
This service is ideal for individuals who have recently completed physical therapy or are recovering from injury or surgery and are not yet ready to return to independent exercise.
It is especially helpful for those looking for continued structure, progression, and guidance beyond a home exercise program.
You can begin by scheduling a free 10-minute discovery call to see if the service is a good fit.
From there, we will schedule your initial consultation and start building your personalized program.
No. This service is not physical therapy or medical treatment.
It is designed to complement your recovery after physical/occupational therapy by providing structured exercise guidance and progression once you have been discharged from therapy.
No, we do not accept insurance. This service focuses on exercise coaching and continued progression after physical/occupational therapy, rather than medical treatment. Because of this, sessions are not eligible for insurance billing.
Many clients choose this service once they have completed therapy but still want guidance to safely rebuild strength and return to full activity.
Sessions are conducted primarily through virtual coaching.
In person can be optional dependent on location and situation, but is subject to pricing changes and scheduling availability.

We meet through video sessions where we review your movement, guide exercises, and make adjustments as needed.
You will also receive a personalized exercise program that you can follow between sessions, with ongoing support and updates to keep you progressing. We will personalize your plan dependent on your workout situation whether at home, gym, or other location.
The initial consultation is a 60-minute session where we review your recovery history, current movement, and goals.
From there, we begin building a personalized exercise plan designed to help you safely progress and continue improving.
Most clients have completed physical /occupational therapy or have been cleared for further exercise by a healthcare provider.
If you’re unsure whether this service is right for you, a free discovery call can help determine if it’s a good fit.
We commonly work with individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions such as:
• ACL reconstruction
• Rotator cuff repair
• Meniscus injuries or surgery
• Total knee replacement
• Shoulder stabilization procedures
We also work with individuals transitioning from physical therapy who want to continue building strength and confidence.
This depends on your goals and where you are in your recovery. Earlier in recovery vs later in recovery will be handled differently.
Many clients benefit from structured programs over several weeks to continue progressing strength and mobility, while others use sessions periodically for guidance and updates.
To respect both the coach’s and client’s time, the following cancellation and No-Show policy applies:
• Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the session being forfeited.
• Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Late arrival may shorten the session time.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full or deducted from a session package.
Sessions No-showed may be charged in full or deducted from a session package.
Multiple cancellations and/or No-Shows may result in discontinuation of services without refund unless otherwise approved.
Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods:
• Credit/debit card
• Online payment
Package sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
If a client is unable to continue services due to injury, illness, or other circumstances, unused sessions may be converted to account credit at the discretion of Next Phase Recovery.
Account credits must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date.
